Mackerel. Chub Mackerel is processed as
fillets immediately after being caught and kept as fresh. It is a fish which
has lower fat content but which has a higher
protein content than Mackerel. It is a depot of calcium, magnesium and
phosphorus and it is also rich with its

A, C and B content.
Cooking
suggestions: As it is a fatty fish, it is suitable to be cooked on grill or
baked in oven.
